We have developed EASE as a full Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) that can be used in conjunction with an existing Westfield healthcare plan to help reduce your client's risk of stress related litigation.

Now it's even easier for employees to access professional advice and counselling on a whole range of legal, medical and domestic issues by phone, or if necessary through face-to-face counselling.

Whether they're coping with bereavement, dealing with debt or simply wish to seek nutritional advice - employees can feel free to talk in complete confidence to our team of professional counsellors, lawyers or medical staff - they're there to help anytime, 365 days a year.

Low cost and simple to set up, EASE can help your client to manage their company's risk by helping them to meet their 'duty of care' for their staff and to satisfy health and safety guidelines.

  • Freephone 24-hour counselling and advice line - available for resident family members too
  • Up to 6 face-to-face counselling sessions available for policyholder only
  • Service available immediately from date of registration

All counselling, medical and legal advice is provided by FirstAssist Services Ltd. If necessary, individuals may be referred for advice outside this programme. The cost of which is not covered by this service.
